In seeking to secure contracts for the sale and purchase of the Nigerian crude oil grades on offer, we participate in a JV relationship with indigenous and foreign firms, having adequate capacity to support our aspiration now and in future open bid exercise conducted by Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation (NNPC) and its subsidiaries.
The Company also source her Crude from its owned Atala Field. Marine Transportation of traded Crude Oil from Source/Terminals is effected with Magma owned vessels and existing Charter agreements with reputable Third-Party Vessels with various metric tonnage capacities. Onshore sourced Crude Oil is evacuated using Trucks to Magma Petroleum Investment Ltd Storage Tank Farms
Magma has established Petroleum Products & Crude Trading agreements with IOCs such as ExxonMobil and Local Producers such as Energia Nig Ltd, Midwestern Oil and Gas Ltd, Platform Petroleum Ltd. We are still willing to forage into trading relationships with other Local Marginal Field Operators within the Nigerian and African Crude Oil Market.
Magma Petroleum Investment Ltd has Third-Party agreements with Crude Storage Tank Farm facilities in Delta State, Bayelsa and a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO).
Crude Oil Refining is planned to be carried out in the Modular Refinery under construction in Ibuno, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
